This is the first of two workshops being run by Pamela Johnson on the topic of fundraising.

These two online courses will help you identify your fundraising priorities and effectively plan your income generation approaches. We will look at how to balance proactive versus reactive fundraising and where to apply for maximum return on investment. We’ll contemplate some quick win areas as well as long term gains. The sessions will cover a range of different fundraising sources and tactics used to tap into them. You’ll come away understanding the benefits of a strategic approach and the tools required to be more effective in practice.

Pamela Johnson Pamela has over 30 years’ experience working as a fundraiser, manager and trainer for a wide variety of creative organisations and artists. She works with charities, voluntary groups, social enterprises and not-for-profit companies across the UK providing bespoke training and bid writing support. She has published and authored a wide range of research reports and led numerous workshops on ways to fundraise and generate new sources of income. Pamela is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and a trustee for a regional Arts Centre in the North West.
