A note from Jonathan:

With the arrival of the new Arts Council England Project Grants fund there are many artists who feel locked out of opportunities because they may not know how to navigate our application system or what they need to do to qualify for funding.

If you have the foundations for your project it will be easy to write the bid and easy for us here at Arts Council England to fully understand your plans and the argument for investing in your work. Although it may not always feel like it, we at Arts Council England really want you to succeed and this session will help you get closer to doing that.

Before joining Arts Council I spent 17 years making and touring my own creative work all over the world and have lectured at several universities across the UK, I have myself applied to Arts Council for my own work in the past and I understand some of the challenges you may be facing.

I am looking forward to meeting you!
