How to... Make Films about you and your Work

Union St One Space, 18-20 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2JP
1:00 pm - 19th February, 2019

Ever wanted to make a film about something you’re working on but felt unsure on where to start? Uncertainty be gone!

In this whistle-stop workshop by our resident filmmaker Brett Chapman we’ll look at the basics of making a video about you, your projects, art or product.

Brett will take you through how best to tell your story, the fundamentals of composition and camera work and some of the editing options available to you. This is a course aimed at beginners who want to use video to enhance either their small business or artistic practice.

As well as being Sheffield Creative Guild’s Digital Producer Brett is an award-winning filmmaker working out of his small studio in the city centre. You can view some of Brett's work here.

This is a Guild member only event and costs three time banking credits to attend

Our How to... workshops support our members to develop their skills and knowledge and grow their businesses. We focus on a variety of topics that help our members grow and thrive, we are also open to suggestions from members on topics they think may be useful so do get in touch!
