We are recruiting a Learning Booking Administrator to support our Learning & Participation team by being the main point of contact for all school and group booking enquiries.
Contract: 6-month fixed term contract
Hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 per annum pro rata (actual salary £8,108 per annum)
You will also be responsible for timetabling and coordinating the rota for our Casual Learning Deliverers to ensure that all school session delivery is covered.
Our school sessions are wide-ranging and include learning about life in Ancient Egypt, finding out what Sheffield was like during the Second World War and exploring one of the county’s longest-running weather stations. And a whole lot more! This role will require you to handle enquiries and queries from teachers about the sessions as well as visit logistics.
