We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to help us engage with communities across South Yorkshire.
Hours: Full time (40 hours), Tuesday to Saturday. We will consider appointing two roles for this post on a part-time basis.
Salary: from £21,902 per annum (or pro-rata, as above)
As our Outreach and Engagement Co-ordinator you will raise awareness of Grimm and Co, the charity
and its workshops, working with community groups, forums and hard to reach groups to seek
feedback on how Grimm and Co could help and engage them in what we offer.
After mentoring and training, you will develop and deliver a programme of engagement, reaching out
to all communities in the borough, with a particular focus on those that may be seldom heard. You
will meaningfully investigate and accurately capture people’s needs, experiences, and opinions so
that Grimm and Co can effectively drive improvements to its services.
Working with the Creative Learning (out of schools) Manager and Communications Co-ordinator, you
will provide information and signposting services to residents. You will maintain an evidence base
which you will use to promote the community voice.
