We are looking for a Programme Manager to help deliver our vibrant year-round programme of creative projects, events & clubs in Hillsborough & beyond.
Contract: Fixed-term until January 2023, with possibility to extend (pending future funding)
Hours: 3 days per week (24 hours) – due to the nature of the role, occasional evening or weekend working may be required.
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum pro rata
The Programme Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of RivelinCo’s varied and vibrant programme, which includes creative and community projects, activities and events in Hillsborough and beyond.
We need somebody who is creative, hands-on, highly motivated and enthusiastic; a keen advocate for the transformational power of creativity in the community. This role could suit somebody with arts management experience, or somebody from the charity, voluntary or education sector who would like to apply their skills to working in the arts.
You will likely have a background in working with communities in different contexts, and will have excellent administration, project management, relationship management and communication skills. You might have experience in practical delivery as an artist, facilitator, or support worker. You’re probably a bit of a rebel – striving to find alternatives to the status quo, and passionate about equity of opportunity in the arts and in wider society.
