Social Media Marketing Assistant (Kickstart Scheme) – Hype Dance Company

This job is part of the UK Government’s Kickstart scheme. The scheme provides funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24-year-olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long-term unemployment.

The successful applicant will coordinate, further develop and implement Hype Dance Company’s social media marketing strategy.

You will liaise with the General Manager & Artistic Director to ensure strong communication to existing, and potentially new, customers via our social media networks and website. Tasks will include, but not be limited to;

  • Creating social media promotions
  • Promoting dance classes, workshops and dance activities
  • Managing online promotions
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media usage
  • Writing blog posts
  • Contributing to our wider marketing plan
