Zelda Hannaydramaturg, writer, theatre-maker, lecturer, research fellow, administrator
I am currently working as a postdoctoral researcher/creative writer on a Knowledge Exchange project at the University of Sheffield. I am writing the story for a 'visual novel' augmented reality app for a 16-25 audience based on the National Railway Museum archive. I am also working voluntarily as a dramaturg for The Bare Project on The People's Palace of Possibility.
My current interests in my creative practice are science fiction, space travel, space junk, predictions and surveillance capitalism.
My research interests are the intersection of practice and theory, dramaturgy in devising processes, writing text for performance, postmodernism and post-postmodernism.
I am an experienced facilitator and teacher, having worked as Associate Lecturer and Seminar Leader at the universities of Derby, Huddersfield and Sheffield.
I also have a solid employment history of administrative and project management roles in the Arts, having worked on small and middle scale, indoor and outdoor and participatory and professional theatre.
