Originally from Sheffield, I moved to London to attend Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. After a stint training in acrobatics in Estonia, residencies in Berlin and Poland and a year living on a farm in mid-Wales studying for my MA, I moved back to Sheffield in 2010 and began to work for creative organisations in and around the city.
Organisations I have worked for in Sheffield include Museums Sheffield, Sheffield Theatres, Sheffield Industrial Museums Trust and Art Sheffield.
I am currently the Director here at Sheffield Creative Guild and have been since the Guild was formed in 2015.
Aside from the Guild, I often work freelance mainly in events and project coordination. Recent clients include The University of Sheffield and The National Videogame Museum. I am also a Trustee for Ignite Imaginations and Bright Box Makerspace.
Away from work I love sewing and dressmaking, gardening and growing vegetables and hanging around with my 1 year old son in one of the many parks and playgrounds around Sheffield.
