As a career coach I mostly work with people who want a complete change, not just in their work but also their lifestyle. Coaching is questions-based rather than advice-based. I ask questions that will move and shift answers beyond anything experienced before.

My approach to coaching is the same as my approach to life - curious, playful, and positive. The way I really like to work is walking outdoors in nature because I think it helps to inspire creative ideas and conversations to flow. My coaching questions help people to move towards answers about what they want to do - essentially how they want to spend their time.

I work in the Peak District and Sheffield where there are plenty of beautiful outdoor spaces to explore. My aim is to make career coaching more affordable and accessible to a wider range of people, including anyone who is unemployed or with financial challenges.

To support my coaching work I work with Sheffield businesses as a freelancer which includes adminstration assistance, project coordination, social media management, website design on Wix and mentoring. I enjoy a variety of projects and co-working spaces across Sheffield.

I live in Edale, the Peak District, with my partner Zak who is a tool-maker at Wood Tools. We love trail-running in the hills and wildcamping adventures.

The coworking spaces that I sometimes use in Sheffield are Sheffield Technology Parks in the centre and Desk.Space in Kelham Island.
